General conditions
- Rental and deposit are paid in advance.
- Each rental day equals 24 hours from delivery.
- All prices are per day in COP and include 19% VAT.
- 200 km/day cumulative limit on the daily plan. With 5 or 6 days mileage is unlimited.
- Bikes are delivered clean with a full tank and must be returned the same way.
- Maintenance every 2,000 km is covered by the company.
- We don’t charge anything extra for riding during "pico y placa"; however, if you ride during the restriction you may be fined $640,000 COP or $200 USD. Each bike has 1 "pico y placa" day per week.
- No refunds for early returns.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment is made.
- Airport delivery: $160,000 COP (scheduled in advance).
- Deliveries or returns outside office hours: home delivery service of $140,000 COP per delivery and $140,000 COP per return.
- Delivery to other Colombian cities: $490,000 COP (daily plan) / $390,000 COP (long-term plans).
Security deposit
- We only accept the deposit in cash or by credit or debit card.
- By credit card: we request the reversal of the transaction 8 business days after the bike is returned. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank’s internal process and may take another 4 to 10 days.
- In cash: we hold $600,000 COP of the deposit for 8 business days; the rest is refunded when you return the motorcycle.
- The deposit amount depends on the motorcycle model (see each bike).
Insurance and extra charges
- Insurance deductible: 15%–20% in case of an accident or claim.
- Flat tires and tire damage are not covered.
- Towing due to drunk riding or running out of fuel is not covered.
- 6% surcharge for credit or debit card or payment link payments.
- Washing fee: $25,000 COP.
- Missing fuel: $20,000 COP per gallon.
- Lost keys: $390,000 COP.
Payment methods
- Nequi, Daviplata (Colombian mobile wallets) and Bre-B (instant transfers).
- Cash in Colombian pesos (COP), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).
- Domestic and international bank transfer.
- PayPal and Wise.
- Credit or debit card and payment link, with a 6% surcharge.
Cancellations and changes
- No refunds for cancellations (advance payment is non-refundable).
- Changes allowed with 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
- No-show: the booking is lost without refund.
- Days cannot be reduced once the booking is confirmed.
Personal data
- We process your data under our privacy policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
These conditions complement the rental agreement signed for each rental; if there is any difference, the signed agreement prevails.
